OKC Garden Fest

OKC Garden Fest takes place at the Oklahoma City Farmer’s Public Market every May. This festival is great for families, as it includes lots of children’s activities and food trucks. It features different herb and plant growers to chat with and learn from as well, along with viewing live gardening demonstrations. OKC Garden Fest also features art and various local wineries – with samples! This event is free.

The Botanic Garden at Oklahoma State University GardenFest

This festival takes place every September in Stillwater, Oklahoma – home of Oklahoma State University. The Botanic Garden at OSU’s Gardenfest is packed with programming, workshops, tours, and family-friendly activities. Demonstrations take place throughout the event, and experts are stationed throughout the gardens to answer any gardening or landscaping question you may have. The festival also has artwork, live music, and a plant sale. This event is free.

SpringFest Garden Market & Festival

The Tulsa Garden Center’s Springfest Garden Market & Festival takes place in Tulsa, Oklahoma every April. This event celebrates gardening, and is full of experts who are willing to answer any gardening or landscaping question you have. They have a wide selection of plants on sale throughout the festival, so you can make your summer garden vibrant and full of new plants. Children are welcome to this event, and there are hands-on children’s gardening activities available throughout the festival, such as a bird-house-making contest. This event is free.
